Fuss Free Ginger Bread Homes

This is NOT my nifty invention at all. Just wanted to share it though. We did these one year up at the kid's school and it was too fun! Here's a linky for you to see how to do them! Now MY quick tips are to say you CAN just use premade frosting, blend in about 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar to help it dry faster, I don't know why it helps, but it does. Put in a zipper bag and snip the end off for easy application. Second tip.....use up any leftover Halloween candies here or any candy that is deemed "old". Stale cereals and pretzels can be saved for this purpose too and finally the creme de la creme....just use card board cut out instead of Graham crackers.....LOL... the color is right and it's easier for the smaller tots to handle! Not this year, but maybe next, I think I'll try to host a party for all the cousins....wish me luck!
