Strawberry Supreme Cookies

Another quick cake mix cookie recipe, Strawberry Supreme cookies. A note here with a change from the original recipe. I now use 1/3 cup melted butter instead of 1/3 cup oil. It just tastes better to me.....butter makes everything better, isn't that the old saying :) ?? Oil is still a GOOD choice but the butter makes it taste more homey!









Strawberry Supreme Cookies

1 box Strawberry cake mix

1/3 cup melted butter

2 eggs

1/2 cup white chocolate chips (more or less depending on your likes!)

Mix first three items then add white chocolate chips. Drop by spoonful onto cookie sheet (slightly flatten with spoon) Bake 350 @ 7 to 10 mins. Let cool slightly on cookie sheet then remove to cooling rack.


Again you may bake these NOW and freeze them in freezer bags or Tupperware until needed for Christmas gift giving!
