EASY Macaroons

Ok I have a little thing with coconut....we have a little somethin' somethin' going on. I've blogged about it before here. . .So along comes this easy peasy macaroon recipe. We're instant friends...just like that! It's so easy....yummmmmmmmmmm


Easy Macaroons

2 1/3 cups coconut (I used sweetened and dried)
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 t. vanilla

350 dedrees x 10-12 mins.
Mix all till coconut is coated. Drop by teaspoons ful onto greese cookie sheet. Remove at once from sheet to cooling rack.
