Everybody have a BLESSED Easter! My home got a loving scrub today and some fresh flowers spread about...nothing screams Spring to me more than fresh flowers! We've been watching Jesus of Nazareth with the children the past few days....it's a long movie but so wonderful! When I was a kid shows like this were on during this time of year all the time...but now you can hardly find them anywhere. It's really such a shame and a loss. We have purchased a few of our favorites on DVD over the years....it's just one more way to share the Gospel with family and friends. Easter is a BIG ministry outreach event for my household!! We share the love of Christ with my lost family members in hopes that they will come to a saving knowledge in Jesus! Here's my menu for the evening meal. We are inviting in my side of the family. We do a ham and honestly I love cooking this meal because it's WAY easier than a turkey!
Ham
Mashed Potatoes
Stuffing
Sweet Potato bake
Corn
Green beans
Salad
Rolls
Relish tray
Dessert is Cupcakes, cookies and coffee cake all served with steaming coffee or hot tea.
