Blog Changes

Nothing big...just thought a new year deserves a new look! Some future updates...I may go back to a 2 column as sometimes a 3 can feel too cluttered to me. I don't like clutter...in my real life home or my virtual home-LOL! I may keep the 3 column but move to scrolling side bar items....I just have to find a good tutorial on how to do them

I plan on selling a BUNCH of items through eBay during the winter so I'm going to add my eBay seller widget to the upper left hand sidebar instead of posting every time I list things. I get a lot of traffic through my blog and it's just another way to help move my items. Hopefully you'll see things added weekly as I plan to list new items each Monday. Wish me luck !! If you've never tried eBay...maybe that would be something to think about and give it a try in the new year...it really is a nice way to make a little extra $$$.

There is a lot to get done this winter for me....we have a load of inside projects that we'd like to finish up this year in the house, so I'm gonna move blogging to just once or twice a week as time permits and the Lord leads. DH and I have also decided that gardening will only be a few tomato plants this year....we just don't feel led to commit the time this summer and since the seed catalogs are already coming in...we decided just enough for fresh tomatoes...cuz you can't beat their taste and we never have trouble growing them here. Speaking of tomatoes...I plan a future post with a quick video showing how I freeze tomatoes straight from the vine and how to use them from frozen...it's so easy, I think you'll like it!

The new year is coming and I'd like to take a moment to thank all my readers who have made this year great!! I have met so many wonderful people through blogging...who knew? I'd like to also take a moment and thank God for all the many blessings He brought this past year and the many more I know are yet to come. I'd like to also thank Him for the trials I've had to face this year as they have helped me to come that much closer to where He wants me to be. If I don't blog before then.......
