Do you ever spend some quiet time on the net only to discover a wonderful recipe that just screams...."go make me.... NOW!!!!" Well this afternoon whilst sipping my coffee- reading my blog roll- I ran across this.... One Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie . Oh my....with hot coffee in hand, off I went to whip this right up. One cast iron pan...one spoon...and about 15 mins. Let me say....here is mine and yes it is/was very very good...a perfect afternoon snack and being Martin Luther King Jr. day, the kids are off school...so yes I shared....good mama!
Baked as per the instructions it cooks up kinda cake like....I think next time (and oh YES there will be a next time, wink...wink.) I will slightly under bake it....I kinda like my cookies a bit more dense and ever so slightly under done.
