My Favorite Butter Cream

***USE WITH CAUTION***
(Because it's THAT good)
(HAHA)
Butter cream Icing
1 1/2 c softened butter (3 sticks)
4 c powdered sugar
1/4 c milk
1/2 T vanilla
Beat butter with hand mixer on high speed till light and fluffy. Add 2 cups powdered sugar and mix well. Add remaining powdered sugar...once incorporated (it will seem WAY too dry) add milk and vanilla- beat 2 mins more till light and fluffy. Frost cake. Store any leftovers in fridge for up to a week.

Seems too dry and all wrong....but wait!

This is what we served for dessert at the Meat Ball Party! Chocolate cupcakes with the butter cream icing. We topped a few with some mini chocolate chips...our favorite. So Good!

I love buttercream on cake. It is my favorite and homemade is way better than anything you can get on a store bought cake. The pictures are really nice too. I like the way you decorated the cupcakes.
