Cinnamon Tortillas

This is a quick side or dessert to serve with any Mexican meal. They are good to dip in warm apple pie filling or with some vanilla ice cream with cinnamon sprinkled over.

You will need: 1 pk flour tortillas
Cinnamon sugar (equal parts sugar and cinnamon)
butter flavored spray or melted butter

Spray both side of tortilla with butter flavored spray. Sprinkle on cinnamon sugar. Cut into 8 slices. Arrange on baking try. Bake at 350 for 12-50 mins...flip over half way through. Watch them...the sugar can burn fast!

They are really good! You can make them earlier in the day....they will keep crisp just fine, that way you don't have another thing to watch while cooking =] If you have any left they will keep on the counter a few days in a zip lock baggie. Enjoy!

I like what you said in your comment "if you have any left.." - not in my house. They will be gobbled up in no time at all. I love these because I love anything with cinnamon.
