Guacamole

The Guacamole recipe that we served with the Mexican Chicken Chili....this was taught to me by my Aunt Linda years ago when I stayed a few weeks one summer with her and her beautiful family!
2 ripe avocados
1 7 oz can chopped green chilies
1 small tomato, chopped
chopped onion to taste
salt and pepper to taste
splash vinegar, lemon or lime juice
Peel and seed avocados. Add splash of vinegar (this keeps it from browning) Mash with fork till smoothish- we like to leave a few chunks. Add all the rest. Eat and enjoy!

Looks good! :) Try adding a pinch of cumin, chili powder and garlic powder too, gives it a extra kick. I have never tried chilis in mine though, will definitley have to do that.
