Menu I
Monday- Easy Homemade Mac and Cheese (I will add ham bits and peas to this one), Sunshine fruit salad (This is 1 can pineapple chunks and 1 can mandarin oranges drained and mixed together then topped with a few maraschino cherries~ I may blog this later w/pictures and alternative recipe to fancy it all up.)
Tuesday- Great Northern beans with ham bits and Corn Bread.
Wednesday- Crockpot Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans.
Thursday- Homemade Beef Vegetable soup (made from leftover beef broth from roast and some of the leftover beef cubed..then add veggies of choice plus 1 can tomato sauce.) Grilled Cheese Sandwiches.
Friday-Pizza, Veggie Tray.
Saturday- Chili, Cornbread.
Sunday- Hash, The Bread ,Corn. (Hash made from remainder of Roast beef from Wednesday-Hash is simply cubed or shredded beef, beef gravy and cubed potatoes.)

Peanut butter Honey Oat Bites
Apples w/Homemade Caramel Dip
Salami with Cream Cheese roll ups
